Book a Space operates as a platform that connects Space Hosts and Guests. We provide the technology and framework to facilitate these connections, but we are not involved in the actual transaction between Space Hosts and Guests. Our role is strictly that of a mediator and a facilitator.
1.1 Mediator Role
As a mediator, Book a Space does not own, manage, or control any of the spaces listed on our platform. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any space listed. All listings are created by the Space Hosts, and they are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
1.2 Independent Parties
Both Space Hosts and Guests are independent parties. Book a Space is not an agent, representative, or partner of either party. Any agreement for the leasing of a space is solely between the Space Host and the Guest. We do not take part in or have control over the terms, duration, or execution of these agreements.
Terms and Conditions of Space Hosts
